The Vis Moot may be over, but the insights, connections, and inspiration it sparked are here to stay.
It was a real pleasure to collaborate on, host, and support the AA40 & Arbitration Event Tracker event on building a career in arbitration. With a full house, the discussion brought together an outstanding panel of Arnela Maglic (KNOETZL), Peter Riznik (Riznik Disputes), and Levent Herberstein (PCA), moderated by Kristof Pap (GBS Disputes) and Chiara Bellucci (Vischer).
Together, they explored across generations how established practitioners can meaningfully pass on knowledge and open doors for newcomers. The conversation covered careers in law firms and working experience in arbitral institutions, and the importance of mentoring programs and professional networks.
We were delighted to have the next generation of arbitration professionals welcomed by partner Natascha Tunkel (KNOETZL), Anna Chiara Amato (PCA & AA40), and Anne-Sarah Maleville (PCA & Arbitration Event Tracker).
A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this thoughtful, and genuinely vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences.
